In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 44jili does not charge fees for standard deposits made via Philippine e-wallets or local bank transfers, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 44jili and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age information;
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

44jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;

• Direction from a Philippine regulatory authority or court order;
• Member request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

In cases of closure due to breach of Terms, 44jili reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the Account. In cases of voluntary closure or closure not related to Member misconduct, the remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Member via their last-used payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are satisfied.

All content on the 44jili platform — including but not limited to the Art Deco design elements, logos, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 44jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any 44jili content without the express written permission of 44jili.
